Tech Savvy...

How did my 17 month old become so tech savvy? Monday I look up from the kitchen to see that AG has situated himself at the desk in the den. He's got one hand on the mouse and the other on the keyboard. Really? I shook my head and came to inspect "the situation". I then see that AG has pulled up Picasa and is doing some photo editing. And, yes, that second photo is of himself and Hannah! He laughed when that picture popped up on the screen.

On Tuesday I opted to pull the chair away a bit from the desk. Thinking surely he won't climb and mess with the computer from this distance. NOPE. I hear loud music blaring from the den. I come around the corner and see him standing in the chair like Stretch Armstrong. iTunes is pulled up and Acceptance's "Take Cover" is filling the room at the max volume! Really? How did he get this tech savvy?! He never ceases to amaze Andy and me.

What we've learned this week...

1. AG is tech savvy. (Obviously)
2. With each day that passes I'm thinking his crib days might be numbered.
3. He has good taste in technology...he's a MAC fan already. Ha.
4. The desk chair is now across the room when we aren't using it. We're not sure how long this will keep him from finding another way to access the computer but for the interim it's the best we've got.
